Vascular injuries represent a small minority of traumas, yet contribute to significant portion trauma-related morbidity and mortality. Few studies have explored vascular traumas on regional scale in the United States. The present study demographics, mechanisms, outcomes trauma at Level One center suburban New York county. Data were collected from institutional registry patients 2015 2021 as determined by relevant International Classification Diseases (ICD)-9 ICD-10 codes. Descriptive statistics multivariate analyses then performed. query returned 150 cases 10,078 total cases. had mortality rate 23.30% an amputation 2.00%, 76.67% male, averaged 42.94 years age. Black (26.00%) Hispanic (26.70%) disproportionately affected relative demographics Nassau County.
